Alberto Sanchez

Originally from Orizaba, Veracruz, Mexico, Alberto embodies the entrepreneurial spirit cultivated by his father and uncle, both highly regarded doctors. His uncle, an astute entrepreneur, built and started this thriving hospital business, now comprised of three private hospitals valued at over $150 million, ranking among the largest and most significant private hospitals in the country.  From an early age, Alberto gained hands-on experience working in these hospitals, contributing to areas such as X-ray imaging and human resources. However, his passion for entrepreneurship eventually inspired him to forge his own path.

In his hometown of Orizaba, Alberto launched several successful ventures, starting with a purified water plant he built from scratch and later sold. He also owned an industrial sawmill and carpentry business, producing wood pallets for local industries, and even published a social magazine. In 2004, inspired by his cousin—a real estate broker in California—Alberto moved to the United States and began his real estate career.

Since then, Alberto has flourished in the industry. Starting as a solo agent, he is now the proud broker and owner of SANETI Real Estate, a company he founded over a decade ago as a team and established as a brokerage three years ago. Under his leadership, SANETI Real Estate quickly rose to prominence, ranking among the top ten out of over 300 offices in its association in 2023, just in its second year.

Beyond his entrepreneurial and real estate accomplishments, Alberto has a deep passion for sports, particularly soccer. As a former player, he pursued his coaching certification with the Mexican Football Federation and coached a professional third-division team in Mexico, Deportivo Forver at Fortin de las Flores, Veracruz. In the United States, he trained teams for the Barcelona Academy and high schools in CA and TX, leading squads to undefeated seasons and championship finals.

Alberto’s talents extend to the arts as well. From a young age, he participated in theater, modeling, songwriting, and television, showcasing his creativity and versatility.

Above all, Alberto is the proud father of three sons—Fernando, Diego, and Mauricio—who have followed in his footsteps in real estate. With a legacy built on hard work, passion, and perseverance, Alberto continues to inspire and lead in every aspect of his life.
