About Mauricio Sanchez Etienne

Mauricio, the youngest of the SANETI brothers, is also originally from Orizaba, Veracruz moved to the US with his family in 2004. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

He has always been the most independent. He is known for his determination and drive—when he wants something, he finds a way to make it happen. After graduating from high school, Mauricio chose to dive straight into the insurance and real estate industry, where he has quickly become very successful.

Like his brothers, Mauricio has a deep love for music. He sings beautifully, plays the guitar, the drums, and is currently learning to play the saxophone. His musical talent led him to be invited as the second voice in a very wellknow know Texas-based band, performing in numerous concerts and touring South America.

Today, Mauricio is fully dedicated to growing his career and making his mark at SANETI Real Estate Group. With his ambition, passion, and work ethic, he’s ready to help clients find their perfect real estate opportunities.
